(二十一) Training Manager 培训经理

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the strategic oversight of training;
Analyze and evaluate training needs and work with Department Heads on career paths of their staff;
Implement training plan for Virtuos
Evaluate training effectiveness;
Deliver some training programs if necessary;
Build and maintain relationships with external training vendors and other relevant institution;
Identify the training needs for functional departments
Organize a semi-annual training plan of management courses, which are of common interest to all ventures and BU, and select appropriate training providers to implement the training plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training organized and recommend corrective actions if required
Build up a database of good training courses available in China and recommend to mgt and staff when required.
Establish a close cooperation with line managers and provide advice on training issues
Develop and review training policies

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree holder;
Minimum of two years previous people management experience and at least 1 year experience of company staff training；
Experience in working with people on different levels
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Good command of English and Chinese;
Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and project management skill;
Willing to work hard and under pressure.

(二十二) Planning Manager规划经理

Recalls task and plan information
Able to plan and allocate resources
Input future plan information to enable the team to know what has been done and what will be done
Set priorities for the team
Follow up and update project plans on regular basis, identify potential risks and seek solutions
Able to work on EXCEL and Micorsoft Project
Must be bilingual ( both English and Mandarin) with bachelor degree
Strong analytic and coordination skills.

（二十三）Junior Accountant初级会计

Holding a college/Bachelor degree major in accounting.
Minimum 2 years or above experiences in accounting works (financial accounting, bookkeeping and overview, month-end closing, financial reporting etc)
Willing to learn and can work independently.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Computer literacy.
Good command of English in both writing and speaking
Have the Accountant Certificate

（二十四）Business Application Developer 企业软件开发工程师

Responsibilities:

Enhance the current information system to improve the productivity
Develop applications according to the user requirement
Provide IT support to users
Cooperate with IT Manager and Senior Management to develop business applications in Microsoft Environment
Code, test & trouble shoots, document and maintain projects

Requirements:

At least 2 years information system develop experience, be familiar with VC or VB, ASP.
Be familiar with MS SQL development
University graduate with major in computer or related science
Good at maintaining the PC hardware, office applications and network (windows server and firewall)
Experience in ERP or project management is preferred
Fluent in speaking/reading/writing English
Patient, Kind, Well organized, and service oriented

（二十五）Assistant IT manager IT助理经理

Responsibilities:

Assist IT manager to Implement the long turn IT strategy to achieve the company goals.
Coordinate all necessary IT services and project to enhance operating procedure and work efficiency.
Ensure the smooth running of all computer system including ERP Database, Web Server, e-mail server and all of hardware equipment and software application.
Assist with IT administration
Prepare monthly status reports and document IT relative procedure.
To establish standard procedure of network security.
Improve ERP functions continuously and build up dashboard for key managers.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of IT operation management.
Knowledge of MES (WIP), MRP, BOM and Cost Method is must.
Good knowledge of E-mail Server, Web Server, Lotus Domino, Work Flow system and related network environment, with Sybase Database experience and VB language is a plus.
Familiar with project management methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical parties.
Good English speaking, writing and reading skills.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science

（二十六）English Trainer英语培训师

Responsibilities:

Design, structure and deliver English training regularly to QA team.
Offer constant English help to QA staff in their daily work.
Improve the general English level and work quality of QA team.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in English with TEM 8
Excellent command of English, both oral and written
Good teaching skills with at least one year English teaching or training experience
Game lover; Knowledge in video game industry is a plus
Proactive, organized and detail oriented.
