Shanghai, China, May 13, 2004 ?C Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited announced that its initial public offering of 13.8 million American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), consisting of 9.6 million ADSs offered by Shanda and 4.2 million ADSs offered by its selling shareholders, was priced at US$11 per ADS.
Shanda and the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2.1 million ADSs. The ADSs are scheduled to begin trading on May 13, 2004 New York City time on the Nasdaq National Market under the trading symbol “SNDA”.
