上海盛大在美国纳市首次公开发行上市

  中国上海2004年5月13日-盛大 Interactive Entertainment Limited(盛大)宣称以每股11美元的价格在纳斯达克市场首次公开发行(IPO)1380万单位美国存托凭证(ADS),其中由盛大发行960万单位ADS,由原股东出售420万单位ADS。
  
  另外,盛大及其出售股东允许其承销商超额认购最多210万单位ADS,此次IPO发行的ADS将于纽约时间2004年5月13日在纳斯达克市场上市,代码为“SNDA”。
  
  高盛(亚洲)责任有限公司将作为本次IPO发行的全球协调人和唯一的帐簿管理人。

  Shanghai, China, May 13, 2004 �C Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited announced that its initial public offering of 13.8 million American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), consisting of 9.6 million ADSs offered by Shanda and 4.2 million ADSs offered by its selling shareholders, was priced at US$11 per ADS.
  
  Shanda and the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2.1 million ADSs. The ADSs are scheduled to begin trading on May 13, 2004 New York City time on the Nasdaq National Market under the trading symbol “SNDA”.
